Course Overview: This four-part training course, led by Liz Gehl, a seasoned headhunter, equips Human Resource and Leadership professionals with the skills to effectively identify key characteristics for open roles, ask creative and revealing interview questions, and make confident hiring decisions. Designed specifically for both large companies with internal HR departments, as well as small to mid-sized companies with multiple hiring managers, this course helps professionals elevate their recruitment process, improve offer acceptance rates, and increase hiring success rates.

Price: $1,999 per person for small group training course (maximum of 5 people per class) 4 sessions, 2 hours per session (delivered weekly over a month) In group sessions, time and dates of sessions will be pre set. By purchasing this product, you agree you have read and agree to our “Coaching Services Agreement.”

Part 1: Defining the Ideal Candidate Profile (Week 1)

Objective: Equip HR professionals with tools to clearly define the key characteristics, skills, and attributes required for a role, ensuring a focused and strategic recruitment process.

Part 2: Impactful Interview Questions to Uncover Key Characteristics (Week 2)

Objective: Provide HR professionals with innovative techniques to craft questions that will reveal a candidate’s true strengths, areas of opportunity, and fit for the role.

Part 3: Evaluating Responses and Spotting Red Flags (Week 3)

Objective: Train HR professionals and hiring managers how to evaluate candidate responses in a structured way, identifying strengths, and recognizing warning signs that may indicate a poor fit.

Part 4: Making the Final Decision: Tactics for Confident Hiring (Week 4)

Objective: Help HR professionals and hiring managers make informed, confident decisions about candidate fit by utilizing both data, and gut instincts.
