Our “people person”

Liz is a Sonoma County native and holds her BA degree in American Multi-Cultural Studies from Sonoma State University; she has over 15 years of national talent acquisition and human resources experience both in house and within the staffing industry. Liz’s experience ranges from structuring teams for privately held companies to navigating through extensive mergers and acquisitions in highly matrixed global organizations. Her insider viewpoint includes both the public and private world of alcohol, cannabis, and retail companies of various sizes. After building a successful career in both the adult beverage and staffing industries and having sat at “all sides of the desk”, she recognized the apparent need for a professional, transparent, and ethical approach to executive recruitment and HR solutions. Liz continuously strives to not only meet but exceed expectations; she truly loves headhunting and providing HR solutions that help clients attract the right talent to gain market share. Liz has earned her reputation by her innate ability to not only understand, but empathize with the needs and concerns of both clients and candidates, while simultaneously delivering professionalism, expertise, and appropriate solutions. Confidential information relating to the business policy of client/employer, which is imparted as an aid to the effective handling of their job requirements, shall be treated accordingly.

Correspondence and verbal presentations including direct mail, newsletters, and resumes of applicants that are presented to clients/employers, shall represent bonafide candidates.
